A selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that are organic and locally sourced (or as close as possible) aimed at freshness and sustainability.
(Boxes will need to be picked up on the Thursday following the order from the UVSP office in SUB B118)
Note: The number you purchase will be the number of weeks you will receive the SPUD box. If you would like alternate weeks, or all in one week, please send an email to [email protected] to clarify. I.e if you purchase 3, you will receive SPUD for 3 weeks.
An example of a past box is:
2 apples, a medium sized cabbage,1 bunch of Swiss chard, 1 bunch of green kale, 1 lb of leeks, 1/2 lb bag of white mushrooms, 1.5 lb Yukon potatoes, and a 2 lb bag of yams.
